Frenchtown Elementary School principal Cindy Worrall was named top principal in the elementary-middle schools category in Montana.
“A principal is really a facilitator,” she is quoted as saying in Missoulian reporter Michael Moore’s story. “You want to create the right climate where people can do their best work. You can’t make it happen by yourself, and we’ve been able to have everyone here come together.”
Sounds like Frenchtown is lucky to have her. Congratulations to Worrall and Frenchtown both!
